Your wholesale account is ready to shop. Use the information below when placing and managing your orders.
Placing your order
- Browse Shop wholesale for products available to your account. Category discounts are already reflected in the prices shown while you are signed in.
- A minimum order of $500, excluding shipping fees, is required. Orders below the minimum will not be processed.
- Review your quantities, shipping address, and order details before completing checkout.
Shipping charges
Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout. The final shipping charge may be adjusted after your order is packed and the shipment's actual weight is confirmed.
- If you paid more than the final shipping cost, we will refund the difference.
- If additional shipping payment is required, we will contact you.
Order history and assistance
Use Orders to view your order history and available order details. If you need help or want to request a change, contact us and include your order number and company name.
Cancellation policy
Orders are prepared and packed before the final shipping cost is confirmed. If you cancel after preparation and packing are complete, a $50 restocking fee applies to cover labor and handling.
Shopping for retail products
Your wholesale account displays wholesale products. To purchase regular retail products, sign out and shop as a guest or use a separate retail account.
